The decay mites were insects native to Talus, found also on Corellia.
Characteristics
Decay mites walked on six legs, and possessed two grasping arms with pincers, eight limbs in total. They were a genetic cousin to the dung mite, also of Talus.
Behind the scenes
Decay mites appeared in the video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online-role playing game developed by Sony and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.
