During the Great Galactic War, the Free Spacers Fleet, allied with the Galactic Republic, engaged and defeated the Imperial Seventh Fleet of the Sith Empire's Imperial Navy. The Free Spacers Fleet was led by Captain Zale Barrows, who later went on to defend the Republic's capital during the Sacking of Coruscant.
