Deputy was a rank or title held by some law enforcement officers, inferior in rank to a constable[2] or marshal. Scott served as the deputy of Freetown on Tatooine under Marshal Cobb Vanth prior to his death at the hands of bounty hunter Cad Bane[1] circa 9 ABY.[3] The Kyuzos Drego and Streehn were the deputies under Constable Zuvio of Niima Outpost, a frontier trading post located on the planet Jakku.[2]
