Dermot Power is an illustrator, comic book artist, and concept artist who worked on Star Wars films such as Attack of the Clones and The Force Awakens. He started as a children's books artist.
Some of his unused early concept artwork for the Attack of the Clones Sith Lord was later used to become Asajj Ventress in Star Wars: Clone Wars and other works.
In the 2015 reference book The Art of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Power's concept work on a chrome stormtrooper is featured, a character which eventually became Captain Phasma in The Force Awakens film.
