Dohlban was a terrestrial planet[3] located in the Dohlban system, a part of the Dohlbani sector[1] in the Slice portion of[2] the Mid Rim.[1] The Kaaga Run hyperlane connected it to the Void Station[2] in the Bothan sector[4] and the Nar Kaaga system in Hutt Space.[2]
Dohlban was the homeworld of the sentient Guineo species. Due to their low intelligence, Guineo on Dohlban were mostly employed as manual laborers or hired as thugs to off-world criminal organizations.[3]
Behind the scenes[]
Dohlban was first mentioned in Prima Games' 2002 official strategy guide for the LucasArts video game Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, which was written by David Hodgson.[3] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Dohlban system, and therefore the planet Dohlban, in grid square R-13.[2]
