- "Pilots, welcome to the Dragon Void, the oldest, most dangerous race in the galaxy. Do or die, we tell you. Do or die…Or go home now."
- ―A race announcer
The Dragon Void Run, also known simply as the Dragon Void, was an old, dangerous race held in the galaxy. The race traveled between three planets, stopping for mandatory refueling points at each. Pilots of the Dragon Void would train specifically for the race, paying an expensive entry fee with the assistance of sponsors. During the Galactic Civil War, the smuggler Han Solo entered the race as an undercover agent for the Alliance to Restore the Republic to rescue Rebel spies who would meet him at the fuel markers.[1] The grandmother of Loo Re Anno was a founding member of the Dragon Void Run.[4]
