Droidfest outside Jabba's Palace.
Droidfest was an annual used-droid sale on Tatooine supported by the combined effort of the Jawa Droid Traders. An outward version of the annual intra-Jawa swapmeets, Droidfest attracted a seedy collection of fringers looking to purchase cheap droids. In the Droidfest of 5 ABY, Ken, Luke Skywalker, C-3PO and R2-D2 purchased KT-18.
