Drol

Drol was the phantom ruler of Iego. The planet's inhabitants believed he was responsible for the laser web that prevented them from leaving. However, the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker discovered it was a system left in place by the Separatists, and deactivated it.^[1]
