An educator was a position the historian Beaumont Kin once sought.[1] However, Kin—who was deemed "useless" by his parents[2] though was to become one of the youngest professors at Lerct Historical Institute after studying at Lerct's Arhul Hextrophon School of Embedded Journalism[3]—abandoned this career route when the Hosnian system was destroyed. Instead, the academic joined the ranks of the Resistance, putting his knowledge to use on the field[1] against the First Order and the Sith.[3]
