The Elathan had first contact with the Jedi of the Chu'unthor starship.
The Elathan were a social group[1] that shared its name with the Elatha system, located in the Stensen sector of the Outer Rim Territories.[2] They had their first contact with the wider galaxy between the years[1] 400[3]–230 BBY,[4] when they were visited by the Chu'unthor, a vast training ship operated by the Jedi Order. This first contact encounter garnered significant media attention across the galaxy.[1]

The Elathan were created for the Power of the Jedi Sourcebook, a roleplaying game sourcebook published by Wizards of the Coast in 2002.[1]
