Eloc Throno was an adventurer and explorer of the galaxy. Throno often enjoyed to visit the planet Batuu, writing a guide about the planet and its inhabitants.[1]

The name Eloc Throno is an anagram of Cole Horton, the author of Star Wars Galaxy's Edge: Traveler's Guide to Batuu.[1]
