Prior to 46 BBY,[2] there was a violent encounter between elements of the Galactic Republic's Judicial Forces and the pirate gang called Q'anah's Marauders in the Senex-Juvex. The battle led to the destruction of six Judicial ships, which prompted the Republic to place a bounty on the head of pirate queen Q'anah, forcing her to relocate the group's activities to the Greater Seswenna.[1]
