"Sugis? They're major arms dealers. There's no known Sugi presence on Utapau, is there?"
Obi-Wan Kenobi to Anakin Skywalker, upon viewing a hologram image of a meeting between a plains-tribe Amani, a Sugi, and two Magnaguards[4]

A Sugi arms dealing group operated on Utapau during the Clone Wars,[1] a galaxy-wide conflict between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems.[5]

The group composed entirely of Sugis, all of whom donned cybernetics in the form of a[1] "powersuit"[6] with the exception of the arms dealers' leader, Endente.[7] The leader and his ranking henchman, Chong, were the only Sugi arms dealers who spoke and understood[1] Galactic Basic Standard.[8]

The arms dealers possessed a giant kyber crystal which they stored in their ship around the time of Ahsoka Tano's departure from the Jedi Order. The crystal was to be purchased by Count Dooku, the Confederacy's Head of State, when the Jedi investigating the death of Tu-Anh also expressed their wishes for the crystal.[1]
