Equaa was a Jedi Padawan of the Jedi Order.[1] In 382 BBY,[2] Equaa participated in an attack on the Path of the Open Hand Force religion on the planet Dalna, running alongisde fellow Jedi Toorin, Woo, Riponjonang, Enya Keen, and Char-Ryl-Roy at some point by nightfall. All six had their lightsabers ignited as enforcer droids fired on them.[1]

Equaa appeared in Cataclysm, a novel written by Lydia Kang and published in 2023 as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase II.[3]
