Equator City was the previous capital[2] city located on the planet Rodia,[1] before the capital was moved to Iskaayuma by Navik.[2]

In the new Star Wars canon, Equator City was introduced in the 2016 issue Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon 58.[1] The city originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it first appeared in the 1996 sourcebook Shadows of the Empire Sourcebook.[3]
