The Ettarue arm was one of the spiral arms of the galaxy.

Braig Farool, in the course of his involvement in the plot to kidnap the Shashay musician Crying Dawn Singer and force his people to become servants of the Galactic Empire, expressed the opinion that his actions would lead him to become Moff of the Rayter sector, then ruler of the Ettarue arm, and eventually the heir to Palpatine himself.[1]
