The evacuation of the planet Ossus was the action taken by the New Jedi Order and the Hapes Consortium in response to the Lost Tribe of Sith's seizure of Coruscant. Under the leadership of Jedi Masters Kam Solusar and Tionne Solusar and the crew of the Millennium Falcon, the students, staff, and families present at the Jedi Academy on Ossus evacuated the planet while the forces of the Hapes Consortium under the command of Queen Mother Tenel Ka Djo defended the evacuees from a group of Sith pilots.[1]
The entire academy was being evacuated, which included 322 students, 923 family members, and approximately 1,200 support staff.[1]
