An Ewok Civil War[3] took place on the moon Endor at some point[1] no earlier than 5 ABY,[2] between the supporters of Graak and the supporters of princess Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka, the daughter of chief Chirpa who had mysteriously disappeared during a Dulok raid, over who had a right lead the Bright Tree Village. In fact Chirpa had been kidnapped by the Children of Vulgarr, a Dulok faction aided by Graak and his brother Gruekk, and Graak was only alleging Chirpa had abandoned his people in order to take control of the village. After Kneesaa and chief shaman Logray requested help, a New Republic diplomatic mission consisting of captain Jaxxon T. Tumperakki and the protocol droid C-3PO were sent by Senator Leia Organa to resolve the conflict. Jaxxon was eventually able to discover the truth, free Chripa, and end the usurpers' plot.[1]
