Ewok Jerky was a dish made using the meat of Ewoks, a sentient species native to the forest moon of Endor who were hunted by offworld raiders in order to make the dish. A popular snack on Outer Rim worlds,[2] it was served by the chef Borkus at Power Sliders, a diner built in the settlement of Pons Ora on the planet Abafar.[1]

Ewok Jerky was first mentioned in Aurebesh on a menu in "Missing in Action," the twelfth episode of the canon animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars' fifth season.[1]
