Fabrin was a terrestrial astronomical object located in the Expansion Region. It was the headquarters of the company Fabritech, a leading manufacturer of sensor and communications devices.[1] By 34 ABY,[2] Fabrin was defended by the Resistance's Cobalt Squadron.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
In the current Star Wars canon, Fabrin was first mentioned in the seventy-second issue of De Agostini's Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine series,[1] published around May 18, 2016.[3] The planet[4] Fabrin originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first mentioned in W. Haden Blackman's 2004 reference book, The New Essential Guide to Weapons and Technology.[5]
