Fay David was the art department supervisor for Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith. Additionally, she was previously a visual effects producer in for Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace. She played one of Queen Amidala's handmaidens in one of the final scenes in The Phantom Menace and replaced Mary Oyaya as Luminara Unduli in Revenge of the Sith[1] in a brief cameo. In Attack of the Clones, she stood in for Orli Shoshan as Shaak Ti in the Jedi Archives scene. Clone Commander "Faie" is named after David.[2]
