Fiery Fornax rings were a fiery dish served at the restaurant Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant[1] prior to its destruction during the first two years of the Galactic Empire's reign.[2] They could be purchased at the diner for 3.5 credits as a lunch side.[1] Fiery Fornax rings shared their name with Fornax, a planet in the galaxy's Mid Rim that was surrounded by the Fire Rings of Fornax.[3]
Behind the scenes[]
- "There's more on the menu at Dex's Diner than Jawa juice—from sides (fiery Fornax rings) to dessert (wasaka berry pie) and everything in between, there's something for everyone at Coco Town's most popular greasy spoon."
- ―Original pitch for "Dining at Dex's"
Fiery Fornax rings were introduced in "Dining at Dex's," a 2009 Hyperspace-exclusive article which was written by Gregory Walker and formatted as an in-universe menu.[1] They were included in Walker's original pitch for the article.[4]
