History[]
During the Clone Wars, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker used a red Delta-7B Aethersprite-class light interceptor during a mission in the Valsedian asteroid belt. The Jedi brought it to the Valsedian belt after ferrying it inside the hangar of his freighter the Twilight. With his astromech droid R2-D2 in the starfighter's socket, Skywalker destroyed a shield generator by outmaneuvering several Vulture droids, forcing them to crash directly into the structure.
