Kinto Symms was a male Human soldier of the Sith Empire living during the Galactic War. In 3642 BBY he was stationed at the Jagged Plains Imperial Garrison on Hoth, from where he tapped into Republic communications in order to spread misinformation - from claiming poisonous food to be edible to claiming that Pantran whitefangs could be trained to serve the Republic scouts.
