Ulla was a female Nautolan pilot who offered her services to the Republic Strategic Information Service during the Galactic War, a galaxy-spanning conflict fought between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. During the outbreak of the rakghoul plague in the Tion Hegemony, she transported a Republic strike team to Doctor Sannus Lorrick's Lost Island.[1]

Ulla appears as the starting NPC for Republic players to begin the Lost Island Flashpoint, which was added to the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic in Game Update 1.2.[1]
