- "Report to the Battle Memorial at 0900 hours."
- ―Rampart to Crosshair
The First Battle Memorial[3] was a commemorative monument in honor to the many clone troopers who died during the first battle of the Clone Wars on Geonosis. The monument was constructed on an enormous slab of Geonosian rock, and the wall was engraved with the designations of the fallen clones. It was located on the outside plaza of the Republic Center for Military Operations on Coruscant.[4]
In 19 BBY,[5] Vice Admiral Rampart ordered Elite Squad Trooper CT-9904 "Crosshair" to report to the memorial at 0900 hours. He reunited with Clone Commander CC-2224 "Cody" before they departed for the mission to Desix.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
The memorial is supposed to list the designations of the clone troopers that fell during the First Battle of Geonosis;[4][6] however, when translated, the Aurebesh inscriptions turn out to be nothing but meaningless gibberish.[1][2]

Star Wars: The Bad Batch, Season 2 Press Kit on Disney's official United Kingdom website (backup link) places The Bad Batch Season 2 months after The Bad Batch Season 1, which can be placed in and around 19 BBY per the reasoning here. Therefore Season 2 takes place in approximately the same year.
