A flight suit was a one-piece coverall, including a helmet, that provided life support, protected against hostile environments, and prevented the wearer from being adversely affected from the g-force effects commonly associated with high-velocity flying; essentially, very compact Environment Suits. The flight suit weighed three kilograms, and could provide life support in outer space for up to 10 hours. A flight suit would cost 1000 credits, compared to the padded version that would cost 2000 credits.[1]
