Fort Ypso, also known as Ypsobay Trading Company headquarters,[2] was a snowy mountain village on the planet Vandor.[3] The buildings were built into the side of a mountain and could be reached by wooden bridges. It contained the Lodge, a dimly lit saloon with a gambling hall and a droid-fighting arena.[4]
Behind the scenes[]
The bridges of Fort Ypso were inspired by the bridges of Presbyterian Church, the Washington town in the 1971 anti-Western film McCabe & Mrs. Miller.[5]
