Please help me and others figure out this question. There are so many similarities that the killiks could be a rip-off. —Unsigned comment by Clonecommander19 (talk • contribs).
- How are they similar? --Imp 12:47, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
- Well, it could be that they are hive-minded aliens that assimilate things... Evir Daal 13:01, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
- This is already covered in the Behind the scenes of Killik. Looks like this question rips that off.. -Fnlayson 16:18, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
- To be honest, I don't think their are any similarities between the two beyond a hive based society. The Borg come up to you and tell you they will assimilate you and force people to have implants. Killiks have just a pecuiliar biology and is a strange side effect of contact with them. But if people want to say that they are a rip off then we can also say that Mandalorians are Klingons, GFFA are the Federation and the Imperials are simply Romulans. -Darth Batrus 17:35, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
- Wouldn't the Romulans of SW be the Hapans? Evir Daal 09:35, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
- Well... maybe :P - Darth Batrus 13:05, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

- To be fair, the Borg are a rip off of Doctor Who's Cybermen. QuentinGeorge 01:23, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
- You want a Borg ripoff, try the Iskalloni. Of course, as QuentinGeorge's example shows, aliens with a collective consciousness are all over science fiction. —Silly Dan (talk) 03:45, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
- That seems like a direct reference. Trek fanboys throughout Star Wars literature? -- Riffsyphon1024 04:10, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

The senate hall is not the place to talk about this. Even the knowledge bank rules won't accept it.--Windu223 00:32, 26 April 2007 (UTC)
