I was wondering what is exactly a Dathomirian Zabrak? Is it just a Zabrak that lives or was born on Dathomir, or is it someone that is a mix of a Dathomirian and a Zabrak?--24.205.161.69 05:39, February 6, 2013 (UTC)
- So far as anyone knows, it's the first; a Zabrak from Dathomir. — DigiFluid(Whine here) 12:24, February 6, 2013 (UTC)
- But how is different from a Zabrak from Iridonia?--24.205.161.69 06:15, February 7, 2013 (UTC)
- Biologically (again, as far as we know), there's no difference. Same species, different culture of upbringing, that's all. — DigiFluid(Whine here) 14:00, February 7, 2013 (UTC)

- I believe that information is somewhat incorrect. Darth Maul and Savage Opress are both listed as Dathomirian Zabraks, yet their mother Kycina is a human, therefore making Maul and Opress half human. So biologically, Dathomirian Zabraks have at least some human blood in them. --Jagaderaco11 (talk) 23:16, February 7, 2013 (UTC)
- But the Encyclopedia states that Darth Maul's species is Dathomirian and in the bts section of the Maul article states that his species was changed from Zabrak to Dathomirian, so would he and possibly Opress be just considered Dathomirians and not Zabraks?--24.205.161.69 01:19, February 8, 2013 (UTC)
- I would agree with you. That would make them Dathomirian. --Jagaderaco11 (talk) 04:44, February 8, 2013 (UTC)

- For what it's worth, Star Wars: Darth Maul, Sith Apprentice definitively calls him a Zabrak. Corellian PremierThe Force will be with you always 22:09, February 10, 2013 (UTC)
- I would say this actually is another example of Clone Wars cartoon assault on logical continuity. Dathomirian as a whole isn't shown as a separate species since officially Dathomir was colonized by humans, none evolved there. It is as a whole no different than Correllian or Alderaanian, both are primarily attributed to humans as opposed to separate races. Maul and Savage's mother was human but that doesn't mean they're not Dathomirian so a Dathomirian Zabrak does not need to have any human ancestry just so long as they are from Dathomir. Also in the encyclopedia if you look under Dathomir(planet) it notes that a group of Zabraks subservient to the Nightsisters, obviously a refference to the Nightbrothers which both Maul and Savage were. So it makes no sense why they're species does not have Zabrak.50.149.117.26 22:32, March 24, 2013 (UTC)
- So, what you're saying is, you decided to reopen a 1.5 month-old thread to rant about continuity? Taral, Dark Lord of the Sith -Just shy, not antisocial: You can talk to me!- 14:45, March 25, 2013 (UTC)
