Foul Moudama was a male Talz Jedi from Alzoc III who fought in the Clone Wars as a General.

Along with Jedi Masters Shaak Ti and Roron Corobb, Foul was assinged to protect Supreme Chancellor Palpatine during the Battle of Coruscant, carrying the Chancellor in one hand while using his lightsaber to fight of MagnaGuards with the other. He and Master Corobb were both slain by General Grievous while Shaak Ti was held up by MagnaGuards.

Behind the scenes

Foul was part of a poll on cartoonnetwork.com between himself, Roron Corobb and Voolvif Monn to decide which would be featured in Clone Wars. In the end, though Voolvif was the winner, all three were created.

Foul's presence actually contradicts previous statements that the Talz were not discovered until the reign of the Galactic Empire, but his databank entry explains it away by saying that his origins are known to few.
