Fried worrt was a type of food that was edible by Hutts and was comprised of a fried worrt,[1] a creature native to[2] the planet[3] Tatooine.[2] In 228 BBY,[4] in the Hutt Devirsivik Clan's palace on the planet Nal Hutta, a Toydarian cook served the Hutt Churo fried worrt and crucrarocha beetle salad with his green juice for breakfast, despite the fact that Churo had previously told the cook he was a vegetarian. Churo's father made him eat his meal anyway and he was mocked by his cousin Lorko, who shoveled an extra helping onto Churo's plate. Later that day, Churo mentally recalled being forced to eat fried worrt during his breakfast.[1]

As The High Republic: Beware the Nameless takes place one and a half years after the destruction of Starlight Beacon, it must be set in 228 BBY.
