The Galactic Agricultural Alliance was a scientific organization[1] affiliated with the Galactic Republic[2] that operated during the High Republic Era, consisting of agricultural experts, botanists, biologists, and horticulturalists. The organization hosted annual meetings, typically held on Coruscant. Sometime after the Great Hyperspace Disaster, the meeting of the Galactic Agricultural Alliance was set to be held on the Starlight Beacon space station, welcoming members from across the galaxy for the first time. At that point, the Alliance's president was Professor Sh'nar Qwasba.[1]
