"♪ You are okay! ♪"
―The lyrics of "Galactic Dreamer"[1]

"Galactic Dreamer" was a song by the band Star Waver. It was sung by former Jedi Padawan and singer Jay, with K-344 and Geezer Odajion playing guitars, Lan Ar-Shoo on the versatile cluster drums, and V-5 mixing the sounds.[1]

Basic lyrics[]

Come on and lose yourself now everybody
D-D-D-Dancing hey we move ya body
We just be strumming telling how we love it
D-D-D-Don't stop hey we all about it
YOU ARE OKAY

Can you hear us everybody out there?
Countless beings far across the cosmos
Whether one or a hundred million parsecs
You don't know us, but you are about to

We'll break on through the speed of light and sing to reach you
And live our dreams right out
Come on and shout it out
Don't care what side you're on
No clue, where do we go from here?
There will be no more words
Only laughter

Come on and lose yourself now everybody
D-D-D-Dancing hey we move ya body
We just be strumming telling how we love it
D-D-D-Don't stop hey we all about it

Just lose yourself and sing out everybody
D-D-D-Dancing hey we move ya body
We just be strumming telling ya we love it
D-D-D-Don't stop hey we all about it
YOU ARE OKAY

Hey say, be, be yourself
Hey say, free yourself, yeah
Hey say, be, be yourself

Hey say, free yourself, yeah
Hey say, be, be yourself
Hey say, free yourself, yeah

Hey say, be, be yourself
Hey say, free yourself, yeah

Behind the scenes[]

"Galactic Dreamer" is also the title of the same song out-of-universe.[3] The song was composed by Yoshiaki Dewa and sung by Nonpe, and released for digital streaming on October 15, 2021 as part of Star Wars: Visions – Tatooine Rhapsody (Original Soundtrack). The soundtrack also includes an instrumental version of the song.[4] The soundtrack contains the song sung in Japanese, but not sung in English as in the English dub of "Tatooine Rhapsody."[1] The creators of "Tatooine Rhapsody" told interviewers they wanted to create the episode as a rock and roll space opera.[5]
