General Gav Vannar was a Human male who served as the Right Fist of Queen Hadiya during the Despot War. After the defeat of the Despot Army at the Battle of Tython, Vannar was banished from his homeworld of Shikaakwa and exiled on Nox with the others Generals of Hadiya's Inner Circle.
