Geonosian electro-staff

The Geonosian electro-staff was a melee weapon that was created and used by the insect-like Geonosians. It was a large, two-handed staff which inflicted powerful electric shocks on its target. Because of the xenophobic nature of the Geonosians, the electro-staff was seldom seen outside of Geonosis.

This was likely a predecessor of or inspiration for the Geonosian static pike, in combination with the Geonosian spear.
