Ghana Gleemort was one of nine male Gamorrean guards serving in Jabba's Palace. He wielded a vibro-axe and was known for his physical force. In 4 ABY, Ghana Gleemort negotiated with B'omarr monks regarding his possible defection. Nobody in Jabba's Palace understood his reasons for it.
Behind the scenes
Ghana Gleemort was first named through the Decipher, Inc. Star Wars Customizable Card Game. According to a Star Wars CCG fan site, Gleemort was named as an anagram of Decipher employee Maarten Logghe. It is actually an anagram of Maarten Logghe, a Belgian Star Wars CCG card game player who attended the Star Wars CCG world finals twice. Decipher made several of such tribute cards to honor Star Wars CCG players.[1]
