- "My clones were finally going to be perfect. The best parts of me but improved by adding the one thing I never had. The Force. I was isolating the potential to wield the Force, and incorporating it into an unstoppable army. And you smothered them before they could draw their first breath."
- ―Gideon, to Din Djarin
Gideon's clones[3] were intended to be an an army of clones created by the Imperial Moff Gideon during the New Republic Era.[1] Gideon, who had significantly invested in cloning technology,[4] intended his clones to be perfect, genetic replicas of himself but with the capacity to use the Force. Twenty Force-sensitive clones were kept dormant in tanks in an Imperial base on Mandalore, however they were destroyed by the Mandalorian Din Djarin during the conflict on Mandalore, which infuriated Gideon. Ultimately, Gideon and his Imperial remnant were defeated during the battle.[1]
