Gomgourds were a type of vegetable produced on the planet Omaka.[1] The gourd was cultivated by farmers on the planet, but it also grew in the wild. On a mountain near a settlement, a wild patch of gomgourds grew beneath a Kroop bird nest, for which the avians sourced sustenance.[2]
Gomgourds could be used in several dishes, including a pie, which was often consumed on Dunkutu Day,[2] and the Gomgourd Seed and Ration Cream Noodles dish found at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo on the Outer Rim planet Batuu.[3]
