The Guide of the Closed Fist, or simply the Guide and originally the Guide of the Path of the Open Hand or simply the Guide of the Open Hand or the Guide of the Path, was a title held by Marda Ro within the Path of the Open Hand cult that allowed her to direct the actions of the cult and its evolution, the Path of the Closed Fist. The title was bestowed upon her by the Path's Mother, Elecia Zeveron, after the birth of their living weapon, the Leveler. Using her title, Marda Ro helped incite the Night of Sorrow, founding the Path of the Closed Fist and driving its members to attack the Jedi. Zeveron then changed the title to be 'Guide of the Closed Fist.'
