Guidenhauser were the company that produced the flight harnesses worn by the pilots of the Resistance around thirty years after the Battle of Endor.[1] They also produced starfighter ejector seats, which were installed in UT-60D U-wing starfighter/support craft[2] and the T-65B X-wing starfighter.[3]
Behind the scenes[]
Guidenhauser was first created for the Star Wars Legends reference book The Star Wars Sourcebook, which was released in 1987 and written by authors Bill Slavicsek and Curtis Smith. It was confirmed to be canon by the reference book Star Wars: The Force Awakens: The Visual Dictionary, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo and released in 2015.
