HC-A1A Medium Cruiser were medium cruisers used at the time of the Galactic Civil War.
Description[]
The HC-A1A Medium Cruiser had a very small and elongated upright main hull. It featured a pair of large wings originating at the top of the ship's bow, stretching all the way to the ship's rear, leaving a small space between the wings and the main hull. Two smaller wings sat at the bottom of the ship's bow. These cruisers were armed with three double laser cannons, two facing forward, one in the rear facing backward.[1]
History[]
Mercenaries used these ships in the Kashyyyk system as freighters. They were often escorted by two HC-556 Light Cruisers through the dangerous star system.[3]
Behind the scenes[]
HC-A1A Medium Cruisers are starships in Rage of the Wookiees, the second expansion to Sony Online Entertainment's MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies. They are called "Mercenary Freighters" and can be found in the Kashyyyk system were several cruisers, always escorted by two HC-556 Light Cruisers fly on a set flight path through the system.[3]
