Plot summary[]
The heist continues[]
Han, Chewbacca, and Greedo are on Han's home planet of Corellia to steal an urn containing the remains of Jabba's rival.
A suspicious "father"[]
A man named Ovan Sarakel approaches Han claiming to be his father. Han, still suspicious, nonetheless agrees to include Ovan in the heist after Ovan reveals he has the specialized equipment needed to break into the safe.
A new accomplice[]
The group must work with Ovan, who insists on tagging along and uses his knowledge of the Coruscant underworld to help the group break into their target.
A side plot on Tatooine[]
Meanwhile, back on Tatooine, Marshal Buck Vancto calls on Bib Fortuna for help in tracking down Solo.
The break-in[]
The comic focuses on the execution of the heist. The team sneaks into a laundromat to steal uniforms, and each member uses their skills to make their way to the vault, with Han's charm getting them an open door.
The reveal[]
After a series of jokes at Greedo's expense, the team successfully breaks into the safe. Han is surprised by what he finds inside.
Continuity[]
The issue features a scene in which a young Han Solo converses with his father at a Corellian shipyard, where the future Rebellion hero is told that he is destined for a better life. This exchange was first recounted by Han in Rae Carson's 2018 novel Most Wanted, with the comic quoting Rae Carson's dialogue word-for-word.[3][4]
