A Harris wrench was a type of wrench used on starships. Following their escape from Jakku, Finn and Rey used a Harris wrench when patching a poisonous gas leak.[1] Rose Tico was skilled with this tool.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
The Harris wrench was first mentioned in Chuck Wendig's 2015 novel Aftermath[3] and made its first appearance in Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens later that year.[1] The tool is named after The Force Awakens's art director Mark Harris.[4]
