A blue-bladed lightsaber belonged to Hennix, a Force-sensitive male Quarren who joined the Jedi Order under the tutelage of Jedi Master Luke Skywalker. Hennix used the lightsaber while he and his fellow Padawans hunted Ben Solo. After his death at the hands of Solo, her fellow padawan Voe took his saber.

History

In 28 ABY, after Ben Solo destroyed the Jedi Temple of Luke Skywalker, Hennix alongside fellow Padawans Tai and Voe, confronted Ben and ignited their lightsabers in order to fight him. During their brief encounter Hennix was injured which allowed Solo to fled without providing answers.

The three Padawans quickly followed Ben to an outpost on Elphrona were they had a duel on a cliff. When Solo attempted to kill Voe with a Force push, Hennix threw his saber at him, but it was quickly thrown back by Ben, killing Hennix in the process. After Solo left Voe and Tai on Elphrona, the two sought to continue their hunt for Solo, with Voe picking up Hennix's saber after hers was broken in half.

Wielding Hennix's lightsaber, Voe tracked Solo down to the Minemoon thanks to the Force connection between him and Tai. Voe dueled with Ren and fought his knights at the Minemoon while Tai dealt with Ben. After both Ren and Tai were killed, Voe tried to grab her lightsaber after the battle but it was instead grabbed by Ben before he killed her with Ren's lightsaber.

Behind the scenes

Hennix's lightsaber first appeared on the Marvel Comics comic mini-series Star Wars: The Rise of Kylo Ren, created by comic writer Charles Soule and illustrated by Will Sliney.
