- "Oh, yes, Palpatine loved that place…"
- ―Mara Jade Skywalker
Hesperidium was one of the four moons[6] of Coruscant.[4]
History[]
- "Those three smell wrong, Lady. They are no living flesh."
"Technically, it is living flesh, though. They're synthdroids, Ezrakh. I've seen them in the pleasure domes on Hesperidium and Carosi. Sculpted synthflesh over metal armatures." - ―Ezrakh and Leia Organa Solo

The planet Coruscant and three of its four moons
During the Imperial Era, Emperor Palpatine had a retreat on Hesperidium.[3] A large number of TT-8L/XSS gatekeeper droids were installed on the resort moon.[8] Furthermore, many New Republic diplomats stayed on Hesperidium during their travels to the Coruscant system. It was the last stopping place of the Adamantine and the Borealis before they departed with Leia Organa Solo for the Meridian sector, for a meeting with Seti Ashgad.[3]
During the Second Galactic Civil War, the Hesperidium resort moon was still in operation, though with less clientele spending money on travel, and more on rebuilding their lives. Jedi Master Mara Jade Skywalker tracked Lumiya to the moon, where a vicious duel ensued. Jade Skywalker was battered and bruised, and Lumiya sustained several injuries to her cybernetic and organic systems as well. Jade Skywalker believed that if not for the intervention of Ship, a Sith Meditation Sphere, she would have been successful in killing Lumiya.[7]
