Holding Sector MV-7 was an area of space above the Forest Moon of Endor. During the Battle of Endor in the Galactic Civil War, Rebel Alliance Admiral Gial Ackbar ordered Green Squadron to stay at Holding Sector MV-7 while the rest of the Alliance Fleet forces took evasive action after it was discovered that they were being jammed and that the deflector shield of the DS-2 Death Star II Mobile Battle Station was still active.[1]
