Hollé was a human female who served as one of the handmaidens of the Royal House of the planet Naboo.[1] Shortly after the end of the Clone Wars[2] in 19 BBY,[3] Hollé attended the funeral of Padmé Amidala, who had served as the senator for Naboo up until her death. During the ceremony, which was held in the city of Theed, Hollé walked alongside another handmaiden in front of the gualaar pulling Amidala's coffin and behind the Gungans Jar Jar Binks and Rugor Nass. She had blue eyes and light skin. During the funeral, she wore a dark red hooded cloak.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
Hollé appeared in the 2005 prequel trilogy film, Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith.[2] The funeral scene was filmed at Fox Studios, Sydney on September 16, 2003.[4] In the current Star Wars canon, the character was identified in the 2017 reference book Star Wars: The Visual Encyclopedia.[1] The name originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was created by Leland Chee for the Rogues Gallery department of Star Wars Insider 142,[5] a magazine published on June 10, 2013.[6]
