Holotelevision, also known as HoloTV, was televised entertainment available through the HoloNet.
Holotelevision programs included Ackbar Tonight, Keeping up with the Calrissians, singing competitions and infomercials.[2]
The Jedi Padawan Roan Novachez and his friends at the Jedi academy at the Jedi Temple on the planet Coruscant enjoyed watching holotelevision. Video games, such as Gundark Trainer, could also be played using holotelevision. Holotelevision programs were different from planet to planet, something Roan, a Tatooine native, discovered to his chagrin when he visited with his friend Pasha and couldn't keep up with the television programs that Pasha and his friends enjoyed on Obroa-skai.[3]
