Hugo Eckener was a human male who served as Chief Architect in the Naboo Royal Advisory Council during the Fall of the Republic. As a minister, he advised the monarch of Naboo and guided public policy on Naboo.[1] In 32 BBY,[3] Eckener was present in the Theed Royal Palace during the Trade Federation's Invasion of Naboo.[2]
